You won’t want to miss West Van Museum’s annual West Coast Modern Home Tour! The self-guided tour is a great opportunity for a glimpse into our architectural past, present, and future. I’ve done the tour myself in past years, and always come away with greater appreciation of these unique architectural styles.
Mid-century homes in particular have a lot we can learn from. They were the original open concept spaces. And even their relatively small kitchens are something I’m noticing more in today’s new home builds.
