Despite reports to the contrary, we continue to see multiple offer situations. Congratulations to long-term client O., who recently sold her beautiful Mt. Pleasant condo, and was lucky enough to secure a larger fantastic Fairview condo with lovely outdoor space, close to the False Creek seawall. Well-maintained homes and condos at realistic price points are selling, particularly those towards the less expensive end (for Vancouver).
