This infographic is one of the best I've seen to help get your home ready to sell. It's logical and easy to follow, and goes a long way to minimize the stress associated with sales prep. One of my clients who followed this mentioned that she actually enjoyed the process. Not that she’d want to have to prep to move too often, mind you.
